Solid forklift tires are mainly used for industrial vehicles such as forklift truck, traction vehicles, and flatbed trucks. For forklift ,If the solid forklift tires are damaged, what should be done?
1.If the outer solid forklift tires has cracks, holes, blistering, delamination and other damages, it should be repaired or overhauled according to the specific situation. If there are continuous cracks around the tire carcass, the tread rubber has been polished and there are large holes, the carcass line layer has annular cracks and the whole circle is separated, it should be replaced.
2.When the inner tube of solid forklift tires is found to have small holes, it can be repaired hot or cold. About the roughness of the file around the damaged part of the inner tube of solid forklift tires, stick the fire repair glue on the damaged part, and make the hole just in the middle of the repair glue, then install the tire repair clip against the normalizing repair glue, tighten the screw and press it again.
3.Replace in time of solid forklift tires: If the inner tube of solid forklift tires has problems such as folding, serious rupture, aging, stickiness, and deformation that cannot be repaired, it needs to be replaced in time.
