The forklift tilt cylinder is composed of main parts such as piston, cylinder block, piston rod, upper cover, lower cover, compression nut and cover nut.
The role of forklift tilt cylinder:
(1) In order to pick up the goods quickly and conveniently, the gantry needs to be tilted forward; when handling goods, in order to prevent the goods from falling, the gantry needs to be tilted backward to ensure the stability of the goods. The front and rear tilting of the mast is accomplished by tilting the oil cylinder.
(2) The tilting cylinder has two oil holes that can be interchanged as oil inlet and outlet holes. The piston divides the cylinder into a front cavity and a rear cavity. When tilting forward, the rear cavity is filled with high-pressure oil, and when it is backward, the front cavity is filled with high-pressure oil.
