As the power source of electric forklift, forklift battery has high requirements on the use environment and method of use. The following is the maintenance method of forklift battery:
1. The forklift battery chargeror storage location should maintain good ventilation, and the indoor charging room should be equipped with an exhaust fan.
2. Fireworks are strictly prohibited to prevent explosions, smoking is prohibited nearby, and do not approach the fire source.
3. Put the battery in the specified position of the forklift to ensure the safety and reliability of the locking device.
4. Before charging, the lid or other covering on the battery box must be opened or removed to ensure that the flammable gas generated during charging is fully emitted.
5. The forklift battery and the top of the battery must be kept clean, dry and free of residue.
6. The polarity of the battery plug and socket must be connected correctly;
7. The forklift battery charger process of the battery must be complete, do not charge intermittently, and do not overcharge or undercharge.
8. Avoid deep discharge. The battery is fully discharged when the current is low so that the voltage drops below the final discharge voltage.
9. Electrolyte liquid level: add distilled water or deionized water, within the specified liquid level, can not dry up, can not add more.
