On the morning of February 28, 2022, Hangcha Group Co., Ltd. and Okamura Co., Ltd. to jointly fund the establishment of "Hangcha Okamura Co., Ltd."
Hangcha Group is one of the largest forklift R&D and manufacturing groups in China, established in 1956. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of forklift, and also provides aftermarket business of forklift such as accessories sales and remanufacturing.
Headquartered in Japan, Ocamra was established in 1945, mainly engaged in product development, manufacturing and sales in the fields of forklifts and industrial vehicle transmissions. Ocamra is currently the largest office furniture manufacturer in Japan and the fourth largest in the world, as well as one of the top ten forklift suppliers in Japan.
