1. The role of gearbox

Its main function of the shelf is to adapt to the vehicle to start, accelerate, climb and run at high speed on flat roads under various road conditions. The drive wheels require different torque and speed. When the requirements are met, the gearbox will transform the torque and vehicle speed output by the engine to adapt it to these requirements. Since the engine cannot be reversed, the forward and reverse movement of the forklift is also solved by the transmission. In addition, the gearbox can also cut off the operation of the engine and the drive system for a longer period of time.

2. Application of gearbox

When shifting gears or changing gears, you should relax the accelerator pedal (throttle) until the oil is drained, step on the clutch pedal, quickly and correctly push or pull in the gear you want to engage, and then release the clutch. When shifting gears, it is not allowed to push or pull hard to cause the gear to make a crashing sound.

3. Hydraulic torque converter, gearbox

(1) 1.5T-3T forklifts use YQX18, YQX25, and YQX30 hydraulic transmission gearboxes, which are composed of a hydraulic torque converter and a power shift gearbox with a front and a rear gear.

The torque converter installed on the YQX18, YQX25, and YQX30 hydraulic transmission gearboxes is a single-stage, two-phase, three-wheel comprehensive hydraulic torque converter. The hydraulic torque converter makes the hydraulic transmission gearbox have the automatic adaptability of hydraulic transmission output, can change its output torque and speed with the change of external load, and can absorb and eliminate the transmission from the engine and external load. Shock and vibration caused by the system.

The hydraulic transmission gearbox is output by the differential axle gear. The shifting method adopted is power shifting with micro-motion valve and buffer valve, which makes the operation simple, convenient, stable in movement and greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operator.

(2) 5T-6T forklifts use QX5 hydraulic transmission gearbox, which consists of two parts: YBQ323B hydraulic rack torque converter and YB5 gearbox. The YB5 gearbox is a gearbox that is hydraulically changed gears. It has two gears forward and backward. It has the characteristics of soft and stable operation and has the characteristics of micro-motion. In order to ensure the life of the mechanical parts and sealing elements of the hydraulic control oil circuit, so as to ensure the normal pressure of the control oil circuit 1.1/ul.4Mpa, attention should be paid to:

1. The cleanliness of the working fluid and the position of the oil level: 20# turbine oil (or 6# hydraulic transmission oil), turbine oil, use the oil temperature of 70-95C, and the use time should not be too long after it is greater than 95C. The replacement and cleaning cycle of the oil filter should be within 50h for new cars, and every 200h, 1200h, and 600h for special environments.

2.When the vehicle is shifting gears, the micro valve should be closed before shifting: when braking, the micro valve must be closed before braking; to prevent clutch damage or brake failure
