1. On a good road surface, the rated lifting capacity of a forklift truck is one ton. It should be operated under poor road conditions.
2. When loading goods, adjust the distance of the fork according to the size of the goods. The weight of the goods should be evenly divided between the two forks, so as to avoid partial load or sliver of the goods to one side. When the fork is inserted into the pile, the split shall be in contact with the side of the goods, and then the door frame shall be tilted backward and the fork shall be raised 200-300mm from the ground and driven on the left.
3. It is strictly prohibited to drive around a sharp turn at high speed and to lift or drop the goods while driving. No one is allowed under the lifting frame.
4. The goods shall be carried on a slope over 7° with the goods above the slope. The forklift should be driven at a low speed in reverse when carrying bulk goods and its sight is blocked by the goods.
5. It is not allowed to lower or raise the goods in the process of driving, and it is not allowed to brake and turn at high speed, so as to avoid the goods sliding out.
6. It is not allowed to lift the cargo in the air while the driver leaves the position.
7. When the forklift stops in the middle of the road, it should lean back to take back the gantry. When it stops, it should make the gantry fall down and lean forward to make the fork land.
8. In the process of work, if any suspicious noise or abnormal phenomenon is found, the operator must stop the operation immediately for inspection and take measures to remove it in time. The operator shall not continue the operation until the obstacle is removed.
9. After one day's work, the forklift should be checked to see if the power is sufficient, and should be recharged in time if it is insufficient.
10. Park the forklift at the designated location after the operation, and carry out necessary inspection, sorting and cleaning of the forklift.
11. No one is allowed to use a forklift except the driver with the forklift operation license designated by the company.
