1. The rated load capacity of the lift vehicle is one ton, and it should be reduced appropriately when operating under poor road conditions.
2. The goods loaded by the elevator should not be too high, so as not to block the operator's view and cause accidents.
3. The weight of the goods should be evenly split between the two forks so as to avoid excessive loading or slippage. When the fork is inserted into the pile, the split should be in contact with the side of the goods.
4. Please pay attention to the height of the structure at the entrance and exit of the elevator car, and do not blindly enter or leave.
5. Charging should be done every 6 hours, no less than 10 hours.
6. Regularly check whether there is battery liquid in the battery, and timely replenish distilled water if any shortage is found.
7. It is strictly prohibited to operate when charging.
8. In the process of work, if any suspicious noise or abnormal phenomenon is found, the operator must stop the operation immediately for inspection and take measures to remove it in time. The operator shall not continue the operation until the obstacle is removed.
9. It is not allowed to transport inflammable, explosive, poisonous, harmful and other dangerous goods directly with the fork.
10. Do not stand at the front of the fork.
11. Put the lift car in the designated position after the operation, and carry out necessary inspection, sorting and cleaning.
12. No one is allowed to use the lift truck except the designated driver with a forklift license.
