Forklift Cylinder Seal Kit Replacement Method

1. First take out the brake spring and brake screws at both ends of the forklift hydraulic cylinder. In some cases, it is turning out the screws at the top of the cylinder that do.

2. Loosing out rod guides at both sides of the forklift cylinder, taking out the guide and seal then replacing it with a new war-resistant ring seal.

3. If it is difficult to remove the old forklift cylinder oil seal due to deformation and aging, it can be soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes, and the forklift cylinder oil seal can be taken out easily.
