Forklift Multi-way Valve Connecting Rod

The forklift valve connecting rod is applied for the forklift directional control valve. The forklift valve connecting rod is a long steel bar with two mounting holes at both ends.

 

Notes

First, all forklift multi-way directional valve parts should be carefully cleaned, with blow-drying or drying. Second, after the installation, the test is required as below:

 

1. Seal Performance Test:

With the pressure of 2-4Mpa compressed air and multi-way control valve outlet to open, the rest of the change valve holes are blocked with a plug. Then immerse the multi-directional valve in the oil 20-30mm, open the air valve, and place the change-over stem in two extreme positions. The surface of the multi-pass valve does not allow for air leakage. If a leak is found, mark it where it is leaked and then repair it.

 

2. Function Test:

The multi-way valve into the nominal pressure and flow of pressure oil, in the absence of leakage, check the lever, should be able to connect any one of the limit positions, and can automatically return to a neutral position, or can be directly installed in the car for detection, the naked eye to see whether there is oil leakage and other adverse conditions.

During the functional test, the lever of each unit should be switched on four times each to the two limit positions. On the fifth connection, the limit position should be stopped at 3min and the lever should automatically return to the neutral position.

 

3. Correct Performance Check:

Check all loads, the directional valve should be able to the minimum speed of the position, load cylinder can move at the minimum speed.

 

4. External Seal Performance Check:

The export pressure to 2.5-3Mpa, the import pressure to 20MPa, the unit stem in 6-10s time, turn on the limit position 15 times, do not allow external oil leakage phenomenon.
