The Forklift 3 Ton Transmission for Heli requires regular maintenance in accordance with the provisions of the Heli Forklift Maintenance Manual. After repair and maintenance of the transmission box, the following steps are required for inspection:

1. Procedures to clean the oil circuit. Use a special cleaning agent to thoroughly clean the cooler and cooling oil pipe of the Heli forklift gearbox to ensure that there is no debris and the oil passage is unobstructed. Replace the oil pipe of the water tank cooler if necessary;

2. Visually check whether the torque converter is in place;

7. The maintenance personnel of Heli need to fill the automatic transmission oil specified by the original factory (additional gear oil for manual gear models), and check the oil level.

8. Check that the foot pad of the engine is not damaged;

9. Make sure that the wire insertion and grounding wires are completely installed, and the drive shaft and half shaft are assembled according to regulations;

10. The gearbox is a very important system in the forklift body, which directly affects the safety of the truck. Once the forklift driver finds a problem, he should immediately contact the nearby Heli forklift designated maintenance station for maintenance.
