1. Importance and significance of the project
(1) This project is to break the technology monopoly of NDC in Sweden, solve the problem of high cost of overseas technology introduction, and reduce the price of AGV trolley from the original 2~3 million to one-fifth of the original, which is easy to be accepted and used by customers ；
(2) This project is a qualitative breakthrough for warehousing, logistics, handling robots and even all robots. With the high-precision positioning of AGV, it improves the space utilization rate, promotes the intelligentization of large and medium-sized enterprises, and lays the foundation for the realization of Industry 4.0.
2. The scientific and technological field of the project and its main scientific and technological content
The non-reflective laser autonomous navigation fork vehicle AGV belongs to the field of industrial robots. The global map creation model technology, the non-reflective laser navigation positioning module technology and the AGV system scheduling control technology developed by it are realized through the on-site laser scanning and system intelligent scheduling control. Dispatching dozens of hundreds of AGV cars at the same time.
3. Project technical and economic indicators
Technical indicators: (1) No reflector is required during installation and use, with automatic positioning function: (2) Original map and real-time map can be automatically generated; (3) Automatic obstacle avoidance function, automatic obstacle avoidance radius up to 30 meters; ( 4) Positioning accuracy is ±10mm; (5) Minimum turning radius is 500mm; (6) Forward speed: 0~45m/min; (7) Safety sensing distance: ≤3m; (8) Linear guidance accuracy: ±5mm; (9) Stop accuracy: ±10mm.
Economic indicators: In the next three years, the project will achieve sales of 155 million yuan, a profit of 18 million yuan, a tax of 14.7 million yuan, and an export of US$683,000.
4. Economic and social benefits
Different from the current domestic and foreign laser navigation AGVs, the non-reflective AGV has outstanding advantages: it does not require a reflector and fully realizes autonomous navigation. Ordinary laser navigation AGVs at home and abroad need to set up the reflector in advance, and have high requirements for the laying distance and height between the reflectors, and the manual construction cost and requirements are very large. The product of this project has intelligent learning ability, constantly memorizes the operating environment, and recognizes its own position according to the match between the currently scanned environment and the operating environment in the memory. It is not limited by the reflector, saving construction costs and time, and is effective for indoors. There are hardly any requirements for the environment.
