1. Look at the color and quality of the oil first. Observe the surface whether there is iron filings, see oil viscosity. If there is a lot of iron filings in the oil, it means to grind the crankshaft or connecting rod tile, even crankshaft wear. If the oil is very thick, it means the oil has not been changed for a long time.
2. When disconnecting the crankshaft of the connecting rod piston, observe the situation of connecting rod tile and crankshaft tile. If the connecting rod tile is found to be ground, then the whole connecting rod cannot be used again. If the crankshaft is not badly ground, it can be used again after grinding the shaft.
3. Observe the wear of the cylinder liner, and take care not to hit the engine block when disassembling the cylinder liner to prevent damage.
