Replacement steps:
Before the replacement of hydraulic oil should be noted: must be carried out in a clean and windless environment to avoid dust into the oil and spare parts; The maintenance personnel of the forklift must clean the hydraulic system of the forklift in order to remove the rust and other impurities from the oil. Remove all the old oil from the pipes and components to avoid affecting the service life of the new oil.
1. Turn the key switch to the open position, and lower the forklift truck to the position where the tilting cylinder is pushed to the front with the gantry oil cylinder, and the fork will be slightly higher than the ground;
2. Push the inclined oil cylinder to a more forward position;
3. Return the control lever to neutral position, close the key switch, check the connector at the front of each inclined oil cylinder, and take out the hose;
4. Under the closed state of key switch, move the control lever to the back position, so that the hydraulic oil of the tilting oil cylinder can be poured back into the hydraulic oil tank, and the whole gantry can be tilted backward with a crane;
5. Return the control lever to neutral position;
6. Open the key switch and use the crane to lift the oil cylinder of the door frame to the vertical position;
7. Return the control lever to neutral position, close the key switch, and take out the return tubing (low-pressure hose) from the upper end of the lifting cylinder;
8. Gradually lower the bottom of the oil cylinder with the control rod to lift the hydraulic oil from the lifting/gantry oil cylinder back to the oil tank;
9. Open the drain plug of the oil tank to let the oil discharge from the tank;
10. Place the hose and discharge bolt back to the original position and refill the specified hydraulic oil.
