The forklift starter motor can convert the electrical energy of the battery into mechanical energy. It is also known as the forklift starter motor.
The starting of the forklift engine requires external support, and the forklift starter motor plays this role. In general, the starter motor uses three components to implement the entire start process. The DC motor introduces the current from the battery and causes the drive gear of the starter to produce mechanical movement; the transmission mechanism engages the drive gear with the flywheel ring gear, and can automatically shrink and disengage after the engine is started; the starter motor circuit is switched on and off by an electromagnetic switch to control.
Among them, the motor is the main component inside the starter motor. Its working principle is the transformation process of cutting the coil magnetic field based on the energy based on Ampere's law, that is, the rotor is rotated by the magnetic cutting effect in the magnetic field after power-on. Before the forklift engine can run on its own power, it must be rotated by external force. The process in which the engine transitions from a static state to a self-running state with the help of external force is called engine starting.
