In addition to the technical maintenance items according to the first level, the following tasks should be added:
1. Clean the oil tank, filter screen and pipeline, and check whether there is corrosion or cracking. Do not wipe the yarn head and cloth with fiber after cleaning.
2. Clean the torque converter and gearbox, check the wear of parts and replace with new oil.
3. Check the drive shaft bearing and replace the direction of universal joint cross shaft as required.
4. Check the fastening condition of each part of the drive axle and whether there is oil leakage, and dredge the air holes. Remove and inspect the main reducer, differential and wheelside reducer, adjust the axial clearance of the bearing, and add or replace lubricating oil.
5. Dismantle and inspect, adjust and lubricate the hubs before and after, and perform half-shaft transposition.
6. Clean the brake and adjust the gap between the brake drum and the friction disc of the brake shoe.
7. Clean the steering gear and check the free rotating momentum of the steering wheel.
8. Disassemble and clean the gear oil pump, and check the wear of the gear, shell and bearing.
9, remove the multi-way valve, check the gap between the valve stem and the valve body, do not open the relief valve if it is not necessary.
10. Check whether the steering knuckle is damaged or cracked, the cooperation between the steering pin and the steering knuckle of the steering bridge, and the wear of the joints of the vertical and horizontal tie rod and steering arm.
11. Remove the tire, paint the rims for rust removal, check the inner and outer tires and pads, and replace them and inflate them according to the regulations.
12. Check the connection fastening of hand brake parts, and adjust the working stroke of hand brake lever and foot brake pedal.
13. Check the specific gravity of the battery, if it does not meet the requirements, it must be removed and charged.
14. Clean water tank and oil radiator.
15. Check whether there is any deformation of the shelf and the frame, whether the dismantling roller and the attachment are reliable, and if necessary, add welding.
16. Dismantle and inspect the lifting oil cylinder, tilting oil cylinder and steering oil cylinder, and replace the worn seals.
17. Check the sensors, fuses and switches of each instrument, and adjust them when necessary.
