The forklift muffler is a part used to reduce the noise generated by the forklift engine. Since the length difference between the two pipes is equal to half of the wavelength of the sound wave emitted by the forklift, the two sound waves interfere with each other when they are superimposed to cancel each other and weaken the sound. Strong, so that the sound is reduced, so as to have the effect of silencing.
Reduce the exhaust noise of the engine and enable the high temperature exhaust gas to be safely and effectively discharged. As part of the exhaust pipe, the forklift muffler should ensure smooth exhaust, low resistance and sufficient strength. The forklift muffler must withstand the high temperature exhaust gas of 500℃~700℃ to ensure that it will not be damaged or lose the muffler effect within the mileage specified by the forklift.
Related applications
Automobile noise mainly comes from the exhaust noise of the engine. If the forklift muffler is not added, the noise can reach more than 100 decibels at a certain speed. The second is engine noise and tire noise. Engine noise can reach more than 90 decibels when the car is running normally, while tire noise can reach about 95 decibels when the vehicle speed is above 90 km/h. Therefore, adding a muffler to the exhaust system can reduce the exhaust noise of the car by 20-30 decibels. In terms of engines, replacing diesel engines with gasoline engines can reduce engine noise by 6-8 decibels.
