Check whether the left and right chains are consistent, if the length difference is greater than 5mm, it should be readjusted. The forklift chain rotates flexibly, and the elongation of every 20 links does not exceed
over 8mm, and check the following items:
1. Whether the inner/outer chain piece is deformed, cracked, or embroidered. If cracks, deformation and elongation exceed the regulations, it must be replaced;
2. Whether the pins of the chain are deformed or rotated, corroded, and the wear should not exceed 5% of the original diameter.
It should be replaced when it is heavy;
3. Whether the roller is cracked or damaged. Excessive wear;
4. Whether the joint is loose and deformed;
5. Whether there is abnormal sound or abnormal vibration during operation, and whether the chain lubrication condition is good.
