In the starting circuit of the internal combustion forklift, a forklift neutral safety switch is often set, which is generally assembled on the operating mechanism of the transmission to prevent the forklift from accidentally starting in gear.
When the forklift forgets to engage the gear, the forklift neutral safety switch is disconnected to prevent accidents caused by the starter running. The forklift neutral safety switch ensures that the internal combustion forklift must first place the transmission in the neutral gear and the starting circuit of the engine can be turned on when starting. If the forklift neutral safety switch fails, the transmission is accidentally placed in forward gear or reverse gear, the driver starts without stepping on the brake or clutch, the transmission system of the forklift is in the engaged state, and the vehicle will suddenly jump forward or backward, which is easy to cause casualties and property damage.
