Forklift hydraulic oil inspection and replacement
Forklift is a kind of logistics storage equipment, widely used in factories, warehouses and other places. The hydraulic system of the forklift is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the forklift executive system. To ensure the normal use of forklifts, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced regularly. Therefore, today, Anhui Leading Forklift Parts Company will share with you how to correctly determine when to replace the hydraulic oil of a forklift.
1. Check the degree of deterioration of the hydraulic oil pressure of the forklift truck itself. After long-term use of general hydraulic oil, due to the effects of temperature, oxygen in the air, moisture and light, the quality of the oil will gradually deteriorate, usually manifested by increased density, viscosity, acid value, flash point, and sludge Wait. When this situation is more serious, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced.
2. Determine whether there is water in the forklift hydraulic oil. The simplest and most convenient method is to take a heated iron plate and drop the oil to be tested on the iron plate. If you can hear a significant noise, it means that there is water in the oil, and the more water, the louder the noise. If the noise is loud, it also means that the forklift needs to be replaced with hydraulic oil.
3. Check the contamination of the hydraulic oil of the forklift. Generally it is a hydraulic device of a forklift. The limit of use of mechanical impurities in hydraulic oil is that the content of pollutants per 100ml of oil does not exceed 7-10mg. If it exceeds this range, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced.

The above is the method to detect the hydraulic oil of the forklift. In the daily maintenance of the forklift, the forklift hydraulic oil must be regularly checked and replaced. For HELI JAC Hangcha Lonking TCM forklift and other brand forklift, hydraulic oil must be changed after two years or 2000 hours. If the working environment is dusty, the hydraulic oil needs to be tested frequently to avoid damage to the hydraulic components.
