1. First, lift out the forklift engine with a crane, first take out the torque converter, and then take out the entire forklift gearbox.

1 Torque converter fault part of Heli forklift

l The engine speed of the forklift drops, the solution is to increase the engine speed;

l If there are bubbles in the oil, directly check the pipeline tightness and whether the forklift hydraulic oil has deteriorated;

l The oil temperature rise is too high or too low.

l The friction plate is stuck or worn, check whether there is glue on the friction plate of the forklift, uneven contact, and warping;

l The seal ring or O-ring of the forklift is worn out. Check whether the seal ring and groove width are worn out or damaged.

3 The oil temperature of the Heli forklift hydraulic transmission box is too high

l The torque converter has been working in the low speed ratio area for a long time, the efficiency of the torque converter is very low, or it has been in the stall state for too long, this kind of working condition should be changed and the above working conditions should be avoided.

l When the speed ratio is high, the one-way clutch is stuck and loses control. It should be checked and eliminated.

l The oil volume is too small, or air bubbles are generated in the system, the oil volume should be increased to adjust the discharge valve pressure.

l If the quality of the oil is unqualified, replace with new oil.

4 Transmission part of Heli forklift

l Clutch obstacle, check whether the friction plate is slipping;

l If the bearing is damaged, check whether the mating surface is damaged.

5 Heli forklift gearbox does not work

l Check whether the control valve has spring stuck or broken;

l Check whether the main oil pressure is normal, and if it is abnormal, check whether the triple pump is excessively worn or damaged;

l If the main oil pressure is normal, check the clutch oil pressure. If it is abnormal, check whether the seal ring or O-ring is worn or damaged. Check whether the clutch and clutch piston ring are damaged;

l Check whether the oil pressure of the torque converter is normal. If not, check the torque converter.
