Forklift Steering Knuckle and Kingpin

Installing the Forklift Steering Knuckle

1. Remove the Forklift Tire

Use a wrench or socket wrench to remove the bolts connecting the tire to the rear, then carefully remove the tire.

2 . Remove the Steering Knuckle

Remove the bolts connecting the steering knuckle to the rear axle, then remove the steering knuckle.

3. Install the New Steering Knuckle

Align the new steering knuckle properly with the rear axle. Use appropriate bolts to connect the new steering knuckle to the rear axle securely.
