Forklift Steering Axle
The forklift steering axle is a welded structure with a box-shaped cross-section. It consists of various components, including the steering axle housing, steering linkage, steering cylinder, rear axle mount, bushings, left and right steering knuckle assemblies, thrust bearings, needle bearings, kingpins, tires, oil seals, tapered roller bearings, hub covers, hubs, hub bolts, hub nuts, O-rings, dust rings, and other related forklift parts. The steering trapezoid employs a crank-slider mechanism. Hydraulic pressure from the cylinder's piston rod pushes the steering knuckle through the linkage, causing the steering wheels to turn and achieve steering. The forklift steering axle is connected to the rear frame of the forklift through a buffer seat.
