Forklift Wheel Reducer

 

The forklift wheel reducer is the last stage of the speed-reducing and torque-increasing device in the forklift drive train. Forklift wheel reducer reduces the rotation speed and enhances the torque by its planetary gear train and planetary carrier. Forklift wheel reducers are widely used in forklifts with a height of 5T or more.

 

The forklift wheel side reducer is mainly composed of a sun gear, a planet gear, a ring gear, and a planet gear carrier. Generally, the driving gear of the sun gear is connected to the semi-axle, the passive gear planet gear is connected to the wheel, and the ring gear is connected to the axle housing. The wheel side reducer is used to increase the driving force of the forklift to meet or correct the force matching of the entire transmission system.
