The Function of Forklift Starter Motor:
A forklift diesel engine starter consists of three components: a DC motor, a transmission mechanism, and a control device.The function of this Xinchai 495 engine starter motor is as follows:
1. DC series-excited motor. It is used to convert the electric energy input from the battery into mechanical energy and generate torque.
2. Transmission (meshing mechanism). Its function is to make the drive gear of the starter mesh with the flywheel ring gear when the engine starts, and transfer the torque of the motor to the flywheel of the engine; after the engine starts, the starter and the flywheel are automatically separated.
