Forklift Engine Oil Pan

The oil sump of the forklift engine is located at the bottom of the engine. The oil pan of the forklift engine can be disassembled. Forklift crankcase is sealed by oil pan as the outer shell of the oil storage tank. The oil pan of the forklift engine is mostly stamped from a thin steel plate, and the more complicated shape is generally cast by cast iron or aluminum alloy.

 

The oil stabilizing baffle inside the forklift is equipped to avoid the oil surface shock and splash caused by the bumping of the diesel engine, which is conducive to the precipitation of lubricant impurities. In addition, the lowest part of oil pan also has an oil drain plug.
