Forklift Engine Cylinder Gasket Disassembly and Maintenance Caution:

1. Removing the cylinder head bolts and replacing the cylinder pads must be performed after the engine has completely cooled down to prevent the cylinder head from flexing and deforming.

2. Check the surface of the cylinder head gasket for depressions, protrusions, damage, etc .; check whether the flatness of the cylinder head and cylinder body meets the requirements, and then clean the cylinder gasket, cylinder head, and cylinder body, and blow dry with high-pressure air to avoid the influence of dirt seal.

3. The selected cylinder gasket must be a genuine quality accessory that meets the requirements (specifications and models).
