Forklift Steer Axle Characteristics

 

The forklift is mainly used for loading and unloading short-distance transportation in the warehouse. The working site is small and the steering is frequent. Therefore, the forklift has higher steering requirements than other vehicles, such as a small turning radius, and light and flexible steering.

 

The steering axle of the forklift is the rear axle of the forklift, while the steering axle of the automobile is the front axle. The rear axle steering structure of the forklift can make the forklift have flexible steering in a small environment such as a warehouse.

 

The forklift steering axle is fixed to a support plate of the rear chassis. There is a shock absorber block between the forklift steering axle and the steering axle support. The setting of the shock absorber block can effectively relieve the transmission of the vibration of the steering axle to the vehicle body, thereby improving the stability of the whole vehicle, improving the working efficiency of the forklift and reducing noise.
