Lift Truck Forks Role:

Forklift forks are hooked on a fork rack, which is equivalent to robot hands mounted on a forklift, making forklift a multi-purpose and efficient material handling equipment, thus improving logistics efficiency and reducing labor force. Forklifts are widely used in warehousing, papermaking, packaging, printing, tobacco, home appliances, wine and beverages, wool textiles, port terminals, railways, automobile manufacturing, steel smelting, and chemical and construction industries.

 

Precautions and Checking Pre-shift:

1. Shouldn't use a single fork to operate goods, it is easy to cause two forks uneven;

2. The forklift truck loading cargo weight must not exceed the forklift forks capacity, otherwise it will cause the forks to break down and damage the goods.

3. If there are cracks on the surface of the forked root, hook, hook, and vertical section connection, forklift forks cannot be used anymore.

4. If there is wear and partial deformation of the hook support surface on the forklift fork and the positioning surface of the upper and lower hooks, the forks cannot be used.
