Engine Cylinder Head Common Faults and Repair for Forklift:

1. Generally, the valve clearance is too large or too small, which will cause abnormal valve noise; a relatively large fault is the mixing of oil and water. The reason for this is that the joint surface of the cylinder head and the cylinder has a penetrating scratch. Or the cylinder gasket is not tightly sealed. An engine overhaul is required.

 

2. Air leakage from the cylinder head is mainly caused by improper sealing of the valve or the lower end face of the cylinder head. Therefore, if there is a carbon deposit on the sealing surface of the valve seat, it should be removed in time.
