Forklift Diesel Engine Plunger Coupler

The forklift diesel engine plunger coupler consists of the plunger and plunger sleeve. The upper part of the plunger has straight grooves and spiral oblique grooves, and the lower end has convex blocks and small convex handles. The upper part of the plunger sleeve has an oil inlet hole and an oil outlet hole. When installing the plunger sleeve, ensure that the oil inlet and outlet holes communicate with the low-pressure oil passage in the pump body. The groove on the oil inlet hole should be aligned with the positioning screw on the pump body and fixed.

 

The role of the plunger couple is to move the roller body up and down to produce high-pressure diesel, and the high-pressure diesel is delivered to the high-pressure fuel pipe and the fuel injector through the oil outlet valve couple.
