The function of the forklift hydraulic transmission is to realize automatic shifting of the forklift. For forklifts equipped with hydraulic transmission, the forklift driver controls the accelerator pedal according to driving needs, and the automatic transmission can automatically shift into different gears according to the engine load and the operating conditions of the forklift.

 

Forklift Hydraulic Transmission Characteristic

The hydraulic transmission of 1.5T tons to 3 tons forklift is composed of a torque converter and a power shift transmission with a front gear and a rear gear. The torque converter makes the hydraulic transmission gearbox automatically adaptable to the output of the hydraulic transmission. It can change its output torque and speed correspondingly with the change of external load and can absorb and eliminate the transmission from the engine and external load.

 

For 5 tons to 6 tons forklift, the hydraulic transmission is a comprehensive torque converter with power shift mechanism. It has the characteristics of a large torque ratio, high efficiency, wide efficiency range, simple structure, and convenient maintenance.
