1. Safety Precautions

2. Ground Wire Connection

The ground wire is a safety measure to prevent electrical leakage. Typically, it is a yellow-green sheathed cable connected to a grounding steel plate. Before connecting the ground wire, use a multimeter to check its continuity and connection quality. To connect, simply attach the ground wire to the ground terminal of the forklift light.

 

3. Power Line Connection

The power line supplies the working power to the forklift light and must be connected to the power terminal. Choose a power line that matches the rated voltage and current of the light to ensure proper operation. Confirm the power phase alignment when connecting, with terminals usually labeled "L" (live), "N" (neutral), and "G" (ground). Match these labels to the corresponding terminals on the forklift light.

 

4. Control Line Connection

The control line manages the on/off function and brightness adjustment of the forklift light, connecting to the control terminal. The method depends on the type of control, either manual or automatic. For manual control, connect the control line to a manual switch. For automatic control, connect the control line to an electronic control box or controller, ensuring compatibility with other electrical equipment on the forklift.
