Forklift Clutch Release Fork Working Principle

The forklift clutch control mechanism is mainly composed of a separation bearing, a separation fork, and a tie rod. When the forklift clutch is disengaged, the clutch operating mechanism pulls the lever back, and the lever drives the separating fork to move together. The bottom of the separating fork moves the separating bearing so that the separating bearing presses the three separating levers on the clutch pressure plate, the pressure plate disc, and the friction plate and there is a gap between them, the power source is cut off, and the clutch of the forklift is disengaged.

 

After the pulling force of the forklift clutch operating mechanism disappears, the pull rod returns to its original position under the action of the spring force, and at the same time, the forklift separation fork and the separation bearing also return to position to realize the combination of the friction plate and the engine flywheel.
