Forklift Engine Cylinder Gasket Disassembly and Maintenance Caution:

1. Removing the cylinder head bolts and replacing the cylinder pads must be performed after the engine has completely cooled down to prevent the cylinder head from flexing and deforming.

2. Check the surface of the cylinder head gasket for depressions, protrusions, damage, etc .; check whether the flatness of the cylinder head and cylinder body meets the requirements, and then clean the cylinder gasket, cylinder head, and cylinder body, and blow dry with high-pressure air to avoid the influence of dirt seal.

3. The selected cylinder gasket must be a genuine quality accessory that meets the requirements (specifications and models). 4. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in accordance with the technical specifications. Since the center is symmetrically extended to the two ends and crosswise, it is tightened to the specified torque in 2 to 4 times; it is more reliable to fasten it once in the hot car state.

5. Should engine cylinder head bolts not be removed by rusting, you do not pry hard with iron to avoid damaging the cylinder head. You can inject kerosene into the screw holes of the cylinder head for a while to remove it.

6. If the cylinder head is improperly stored, disassembled, or disassembled, and the cylinder gasket is damaged or deformed, the cleaning during installation will result in poor work and tight sealing, which may cause human failure and must be taken seriously.
