Forklift Direction Switch is a Combination Switch

The forklift direction switch is a combination switch, consisting of a switch box, turn signal lamp, dust cover, screw, wire, connecting wire, front backlight switch, etc. There are two types of forklift direction switches: single-handle and double-handle.

 

Inspection of Forklift Direction Switch

 

1. Disconnect the combination switch rope and the 8-core or N-core tap before the main wire harness;

2. Check the connectivity between the connectors at each position to confirm that they are indeed connected between 0-0;

3. The insulation resistance has a maximum of 10M at each joint with a 500V megohm meter.
