Electric Forklift Charger

The forklift charger is specifically used to charge an electric forklift battery pack. The electric forklift charger adopts advanced intelligent dynamic adjustment charging technology, uses three-phase constant current/constant voltage / small constant current intelligent charging methods, and has the characteristics of high charging efficiency and simple operation.

 

Electric Forklift Chargers Usage

1. The polarity of the battery cannot be reversed, otherwise it will damage the smart charger and the battery.

2. The charger should be installed in a dedicated place with good ventilation, dryness, no serious dust, no corrosive gas, and no strong electromagnetic field interference.

3. The forklift charger should be reliably grounded (the grounding bolt is located at the lower part of the rear of the box).

4. The input power of the forklift charger is two-phase 380V ± 5%, 50HZ, and the input wire cross-section is not less than 62.

5. Insert the battery charger plug before charging. After the charging is completed, turn off the power and then unplug the forklift battery.
