The hydraulic parts are mainly controlled by the hydraulic system. However, the whole hydraulic system will produce a lot of dirt under long-term use. So, if we clean up the dirt in the hydraulic system, that's one of the things we need to focus on. In general, we can follow the following steps to clean the hydraulic system.
First of all, the environment and the site should be cleaned, the cleaning liquid should choose low viscosity special cleaning oil (or use 38°C viscosity of 20cst turbine oil), and have the ability to dissolve rubber, when possible, can be heated to 50-80°C cleaning oil;
Secondly, the working filter element of the filter before washing should be replaced with a washing filter element, and the working filter element should be replaced after washing qualified. The oil cylinder or hydraulic motor before washing should be disconnected from the pipeline, and the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe should be connected with a hose. After washing qualified, the oil cylinder or hydraulic motor should be connected with the pipeline;
Then, the leather accumulator can be filled with nitrogen, etc., and the oil shall be filled according to the oil brand specified in the equipment operation manual. The oil shall be filtered and cleaned carefully.
After comparison, after cleaning, the cleaning oil must be drained as far as possible to prevent the cleaning oil from mixing with the new oil, resulting in deterioration of the hydraulic oil, affecting the service life of the oil; To clean the inside of the oil tank, after the inspection to meet the requirements, remove the additional temporary cleaning circuit and restore the pipeline to the system specified in the design. Pay attention to cleaning when disassembling and assembling, and install and connect the relevant components and pipe fittings firmly and reliably.
