4. When connecting the oil pressure pipeline of the forklift brake master cylinder, please pay attention to check whether the brake oil pipe joint and the master cylinder outlet thread specifications are the same. You must check the seal between the forklift brake master cylinder and the connecting oil pipe joint.

5. Step on the brake plate several times, with an interval of 5 seconds each time, and exhaust the air in the pump at the bleed screw of the forklift brake master cylinder and forklift brake cylinder until no bubbles emerge. Be sure to drain it. Please note that some master pumps do not have a bleed screw, and the exhaust can be exhausted on the sub-cylinder.

6. Adjust the clearance of the brake pads and brake drums of the forklift and the stroke of the master cylinder and the cylinder, and add a proper amount of brake fluid in the oil cup of the forklift brake master cylinder.

7. After debugging the performance of the forklift's master cylinder and the connection of the oil pipes, it can be driven. The operation of the forklift must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Heli forklift operation manual, and timely maintenance is carried out to reduce unnecessary Heli forklift maintenance costs.
