Forklift Mast Roller Features

Forklift mast rollers support and guiding moving parts in the mast system. They are divided into two groups, longitudinal and lateral, and are arranged symmetrically on the inner and outer masts and fork brackets. The longitudinal roller uses the pillar flange plate as a guide rail and bears the force perpendicular to the plane of the mast. It is the main load-bearing roller. The side roller uses the column web as the guide rail and can withstand the lateral force in the plane of the mast. The acting force is small and the diameter is small.

Modern forklift mast systems mainly use composite mast rollers as supporting and guiding moving parts, that is, the lateral rollers are installed at the center of the longitudinal rollers. The compound roller makes the installation distance of the longitudinal roller and the side roller coincide, reducing the structure size and simplifying the installation.
