The Role of Forklift Engine Valve:

The function of the forklift engine valve is to input air into the engine and exhaust the combustion exhaust gas. There are two kinds of forklift engine valve: an intake valve and an exhaust valve. The role of the intake valve is to suck air into the engine and mix it with fuel for combustion; the role of the exhaust valve is to exhaust and exhaust the burned exhaust gas. Generally, the intake valve is relatively larger and the exhaust valve is relatively smaller. Forklift engine valve components include valves, valve seats, valve guides, valve springs, lock plates and spring seats.

If Forklift Engine Valves Clearance Is Too Large And Too Small, Then We Have Some Problem As Following:

1. The engine valve clearance is too large, and the mixture cannot be fully sucked in and exhausted, which reduces the engine's power performance, and easily generates heat and impact sound.

2. The engine valve clearance is too small, that is, the valve cannot be closed tightly, resulting in leakage of the mixture, reduced power, and wasted fuel.
