Forklift Diesel Engine Connecting Rod Bush Function
The connecting rod bush includes an upper connecting rod bush and a lower connecting rod bush, which are installed between the connecting rod and the crankshaft. It plays the roles of wear resistance, connection, support, and transmission.
The connecting rod bush is generally made of a thin steel back and a wear-resistant alloy layer. The role of the thin steel back is to transfer the heat generated by the antifriction alloy to the big end of the connecting rod; the role of the antifriction alloy layer is to reduce the wear of the connecting rod journal and extend the service life of the connecting rod journal.
