Although the forklift's water tank cover may seem like an inconspicuous small part, it plays a decisive role in the safe operation of the forklift.
The water tank cover is an important part of the cooling system. Its main functions are as follows:
Sealed water tank: No matter what working condition, the water tank coolant is not allowed to leak out through the water tank cover;
Pressure relief and pressure stabilization: When the coolant temperature rises and the pressure in the water tank increases to a certain value, the pressure relief valve opens, and the excess coolant due to the thermal expansion of the coolant can flow into the auxiliary water tank;
3. Recover the coolant. When the coolant temperature decreases, due to the cold shrinkage characteristics of the coolant, a negative pressure will be formed in the water tank. At this time, the return valve is opened, and the supplementary liquid in the auxiliary water tank can flow back to the water tank.
