Installation Steps and Precautions for the HELI Forklift Fuel Sensor
1. Turn Off the Forklift: Ensure the forklift is turned off, the ignition switch is off, and the power is disconnected to ensure safety.
2. Drain the Fuel: Locate the fuel tank outlet, open the valve, and drain the fuel to prevent spillage during installation.

4. Insert the Sensor: Insert the sensor body into the socket on the base and secure the sensor to the base.
5. Connect the Circuit: Connect the sensor to the electrical circuit according to installation specifications and adjust the wiring harness, ensuring there is sufficient slack between the harness and components.
6. Check the Installation: Verify that the sensor is securely fixed and the wiring is properly connected. Start the engine and test the fuel flow to ensure proper operation.
