Forklift Grease Nipples

Grease nipples, also known as grease cups, are a simple yet effective lubrication tool used in mechanical systems. They come in several types: straight-through, joint, and screw cap grease nipples. These nipples connect grease guns to machinery, facilitating lubrication.

Internally, a grease nipple features a metal ball and spring mechanism that functions as a check valve. When the grease gun nozzle is inserted, the ball is displaced, allowing grease to flow into the equipment. When the nozzle is removed, the ball reseals under the spring pressure, preventing grease from leaking.
